Hello Fellow Drag Fools:
Again, it has been a tough year. Will this economy ever change ? I hope so.
I have not had Altered out this year, nor do I exspect too. But what I am excited to say, is I am sooooo looking forward to my daughter racing in the Junior program.
We never had this when I was a kid. It is so awesome to see the younger generation get involved and become the racers of tommorrow. I am having so much fun planning on upgrades, decals, ect.
My point is the junior program is awesome, please get your kids involved in it, if they desire to drive. It is safe,, fun, and amasing how familys come together.
I was involved in lot's of sports growing up, in my youth and teens. From playing football, baseball, too soccer. Not to knock, but the junior program, no drama, kids being kids, hi fives to kids that won or lost, support to all racers. This is why this is one of the greatest sports or activities to be in.
This sport is growing fast, and more tracks are cattering to the youth. Can you imagine, some of these juniors have faster 60' times than Pro and Street class ? AWESOME......
Life is short, bring your kids out to the track, even if you do not want to race, you still get a free pit pass and will find most drivers happy to chat with you. This is why I feel this is the greatest sport, activity to do, bottomline.....
I will update all of you on the progress of my next project, my daughters junior. It maybe a old one, but with some modiifcations, it will be a great ride. After all, I am the lucky one to have my daughter in my garage with me.
I thank my father for getting me involved, and hope I can carry on the family tradtion.
Later Drag Fools.......
Christopher
